This new writing instrument featured significant improvements, and its name was chosen – so the story goes – to represent its peak of technical achievement and highest European craftsmanship Ever since then Montblanc have been renowned for quality and design. The early pens and particularly pens from the 1920’s to the 1930’s have been highly sought after by collectors. Later pens have been issued in limited editions and the later Meisterstück range are superb every day writers.
The 32 model was produced in the 1960's as an entry level pen with either a steel nib or a 14k gold 'intarsia' nib; a sleek black piston filler, with a nicely proportioned tapered body, unique feed which keeps up very well and its body accented by gold trim and the signature Mont Blanc snowflake.
The nib is a fine 14k gold Italic nib which writes beautifully, springy and responsive, smooth ink flow. A joy to write with. The pen has been fully restored and is ready to write
