A stunning and scarce Conway Stewart No.58 in Cracked Black Ice - fully restored and ready to write. The pen carries a lovely 14k Gold Duro Nib, a fine stub which provides effortless line variation and a very pleasant writing experience indeed.
The fountain pen is in excellent condition

The pen has been taken apart, cleaned, polished and fitted with a new ink sac
There are no major imperfections to note, no chips cracks or engravings
It shows faint microscratches, this is minor surface wear, and the imprints are perhaps not as crisp as they once were, but otherwise a superb example.
The pen sports a 14k Gold Conway Stewart DURO nib
The nib has been tuned and writes beautifully a lovely stub nib, with a medium wetness, lovely line variation, a true pleasure to write with.
