The Organics Studio Amino Acid fountain pen inks contain micropigments that produce an array of shimmer when applied.
As with any shimmer ink that contains small particles, good fountain pen hygiene is recommended for quality performance.

About Organics Studio
Organics Studio was started in 2012 with help from the Fountain Pen Network and Bertram’s Inkwell. The founder of the operation, Tyler, was a sophomore at the University of Maryland studying biochemistry and organic chemistry.
His personal hobby soon merged with his interest in chemistry as he started a job at Bertram’s Inkwell in Rockville, MD.
After years of using fountain pens and experimenting with hundreds of inks, Tyler decided to try his hand at making inks. His original recipes were loosely based on a vintage Carter ink recipe, with a modernized ingredient list. Within a few months, he took his prototype inks to Bert for his feedback. Bert gave his seal of approval, and soon the inks were on the shelves at the now deceased White Flint Mall.
Tyler took to the Fountain Pen Network to get further feedback on his new lineup of inks, where their popularity grew quite quickly. By the end of 2012, the inks were widely available across the US and are now available in the UK with Grand Vision pens offering a huge range of their popular inks.

We are qualified in fountain pen restoration by the Writing Equipment Society (WES) and service and restore the vast majority of our writing instruments in house.

Serviced pens have been cleaned, checked over and fitted with the necessary parts to bring the pen into excellent writing condition.

Restored pens have been brought back to as close to their original condition as possible.
Fountain pens are legacy items which should outlast their owners. We restore our pens sensitively and with the greatest care to ensure their integrity and value are maintained - and crucially, that they write beautifully out of the box!

This means that if an item has a defect which has not been mentioned in the product description, or arrives to you damaged you are entitled to a full refund, including your outward and return postage costs upon safe return of the item in question.
Please notify us at the earliest possible moment as we will do everything we can do resolve the issue quickly and effectively.
If you do not like the pen and wish to return it, this can be arranged but at the discretion of Grand Vision Pens and the return postage at your expense. Once the pen has been returned a refund will be issued subject to the satisfactory condition of the pen.
