In 1988 the Parker Duofold Centennial was launched to celebrate one hundred years of writing instrument manufacture by Parker. With design cues from the Parker Duofold pens of the 1920s, allied with technologies of the present, the Parker Duofold Centennial and Parker Duofold International pens are timeless classics of outstanding quality and performance.
Both Parker Duofold fountain pens are fitted with an 18k gold nib. The smaller International is fitted with a single channelled ink feed and collector system and came in a range of finishes. The sterling godron pattern is a timeless finish, making this a neo classic pen
This is a superb example, in near mint condition. The pen comes with a Parker Converter installed, ready to write
There are no imperfections to note, no chips cracks or engravings, a near perfect example. Some minor brassing to the trim and surface wear (very minor indeed) and no original box otherwise it would be listed as mint.
The pen carries an 18k extra broad nib which writes a juicy smooth line with good ink flow, a real joy as it lays down plenty of ink to really make your text bold! See the writing sample in the photo gallery
