Lovely Rare Parker Lucky Curve, made in Canada c1930's in rare Candy Stripe Pattern, with gold ring top, denoting this to be a pocket pen.
The pen has been fully serviced in house, stripped down, ultrasonically cleaned, fitted with a new ink sac, and dip tested.
The nib is a 14k gold Parker Lucky Curve semi flex nib which writes like a classic semi flex - fine to broad line variation, great responsiveness, the tines 'snapback' nicely making this a precise and fluent writer
There are no imperfections to note, no chips cracks or engravings.
There are no major imperfections to note, no chips cracks or engravings
It shows the usual signs of wear and use for a pen of its age, some minor surface wear and brassing.
The imprints are perhaps not as crisp as they once were, and there is some minor discolouration and a mark on the black rubber fittings
But overall a lovely clean and shiny example of a pen, and we maintain it is in excellent condition
