14k Gold CS Nib - Fine Stub Nib
Lever Filled Fountain Pen: restored and ready to write
A nicely preserved Conway Stewart No.84, a simple design which sold in high numbers and makes for a perfect everyday writer. Fitted here with a fine stub nib, which gives just a hint of line variation adding a little flair to your handwriting.
The fountain pen is in excellent condition.
The pen has been fully dismantled, ultrasonically cleaned and polished, fitted with a new inc sac and nib tuned.
There are no major imperfections to note, no cracks or engravings
There is some brassing to the gold tassie and clip in places, but otherwise a superb example, which has polished up extremely well. The imprint is very crisp and legible.
The 14k Gold Nib has been tuned and writes beautifully, a fine stub fine which lays down plenty of ink, but not too much.
