The Story
The Parker 21 was a school pen, which followed in the footsteps of the hugely successful Parker 51. The Parker 21 was made for the everyday market with a cheaper acrylic and fitted with steel nibs rather than 14k gold nibs. This is the later MkII version which sports the more modern Parker quiver clip, which was used on Parker pens until the 1990's. These are fabulous everyday pens, with an aerometric filling system and smooth nib, a perfect pen for everyday use

This means that if an item has a defect which has not been mentioned in the product description, or arrives to you damaged you are entitled to a full refund, including your outward and return postage costs upon safe return of the item in question.

If you do not like the pen and wish to return it, this can be arranged but at the discretion of Grand Vision Pens and the return postage at your expense. Once the pen has been returned a refund will be issued subject to the satisfactory condition of the pen.
