In 1988 the Parker Duofold Centennial was launched to celebrate one hundred years of writing instrument manufacture by Parker. With design cues from the Parker Duofold pens of the 1920s, allied with technologies of the present, the Parker Duofold Centennial and Parker Duofold International pens are timeless classics of outstanding quality and performance.
Both Parker Duofold fountain pens are fitted with an 18k gold nib. The smaller International is fitted with a single channelled ink feed and collector system and came in a range of finishes and trims, this one being the beautiful green marble version with gold trim.
The pen is in excellent condition, it comes with an 18k gold medium nib and has been serviced, boxed in a Parker sonnet case, with cartridges supplied.
There are no imperfections to note, no chips cracks or engravings,
There is some brassing and wear to the gold bands on the base of the pen and plateloss to the grip section. Neither of this detracts from what is a beautiful pen in overall excellent condition.
